本项目位于北京市海淀区坂井村路。设计坚持“现代简洁、优雅大气”的原则，景观以“贝壳与珍珠”为主题，设计力求大气，有现代感，同时具有传统园林的景观意蕴。设计简约而不简单，整个景观通过水景、道路、草地、植物种植以及柔和的环境灯光，营造出幽静而高雅的气氛。
